Falcone Developments have been renovating, extending and building for over 16 years. Specialising in complete top-to-bottom re-furbishments, we also undertake new builds, extensions and other building projects such as kitchen and bathrooms and all associated works from planning through to project completion. We started out renovating two bedroom Victorian terrace properties but quickly moved on to undertaking large extension and renovation projects. The properties were our own renovations to sell but soon found ourselves in demand for undertaking large projects for clients as our reputation grew. Our focus was always to completely renovate houses, essentially ripping out and starting again so all traces of old plasterwork, electrics and plumbing were eradicated thus crerating a new house feel, even in an older building. However, we now undertake all manner of works to a clients specification. We have a wealth of trades people to call on and have worked together as a team for many years..
