This was an exciting project. The plot did not have planning or any services and we obtained planning permission and built a unique and attractive detached dwelling. We had a high sustainable homes code to reach and installed an outdoor air-source heat pump to run the hot water and under-floor heating system in the property. We are proud of installing this sustainable product with such 'green' credentials providing such cheap operating costs. Stylish kitchen and bathroom and gorgeous block pave driveway and brickwork adds to the pretty look of 'Woodland Cottage'. The quality of this build is obvious to see.
