This is a property we have purchased to extend and fully renovate. This house had never had a central heating system and only ever had minimal work done to it over the years. It really was in need of a complete renovation, which we love undertaking! We obtained permission under the permitted development rules to put a small extension on the rear and now have a programme of complete renovation including electrical work, internal works, plumbing work, plastering, new kitchen, new bathroom, new doors, roofing repairs, garden landscaping and patio etc. The finish of this property will be to that of a new home standard but still retaining the beauty of a 1907 property.
